Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Support chefs by retrieving ingredients, restocking supplies, and ensuring workstations are well-equipped.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to uphold health regulations.
- Assist in basic cooking tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
- Help with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the kitchen manager or head chef.
Qualifications
