Responsibility
- Lead and supervise dining staff to ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, table assignments, and service flow optimization.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for dining supplies, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or dining industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume or luxury dining environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, including wine and menu knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
