Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise dining staff to ensure high standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, table assignments, and service flow optimization.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand standards.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for dining supplies, ensuring cost-effective and efficient operations.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless communication and service execution.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local and international standards.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or dining industry.
  • Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume or luxury dining environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage service standards, including wine and menu knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management tools.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
