Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of F&B staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols in compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely, high-quality food and beverage service.
- Assist in menu planning, promotions, and special events to drive sales and enhance guest engagement.
- Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and peak seasons.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a commitment to upholding brand reputation.
- Local candidates (Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit) will be prioritized.
