Responsibility
- Supervise daily operations of assigned guest houses, ensuring compliance with company and local regulations.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness, security, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory and supply logistics, including procurement and distribution of necessary materials.
- Liaise with local communities to address concerns, enforce regulations, and build positive relationships.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate subordinate staff to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Monitor budget adherence and report financial discrepancies or operational inefficiencies.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to uphold the company’s reputation.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality management, guest house operations, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with staff and locals.
- Familiarity with local regulations and cultural norms in Bali’s hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, property management software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local dialects are a plus.
