Responsibility

  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, cost control, and supplier relations.
  • Collaborate with the F&B team to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Innovate with new recipes and presentation techniques to elevate the dining experience.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality and consistency.
  • Train and develop junior staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a premium restaurant or hotel.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
  • Creative flair and a deep understanding of modern and traditional culinary techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
