Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest requests or concerns.
  • Set up, maintain, and clear dining areas, including tables, chairs, and utensils, to ensure a clean and inviting environment.
  • Handle cash and card payments accurately, including processing bills and providing change as needed.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of tableware, condiments, and other dining essentials.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes, promotions, and service protocols.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a waiter or hospitality role, preferably in a restaurant, cafĂŠ, or tourist attraction.
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
