Based in the stunning regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will have the opportunity to shape the success of our hospitality operations in one of the world’s most sought-after tourist destinations. This position offers a competitive salary of $2,200 – $2,500 per month, along with the chance to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple hospitality outlets to achieve performance targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
- Address operational issues promptly and effectively to maintain smooth business operations.
- Manage manpower needs, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale and productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including guests, vendors, and local authorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a managerial role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with local regulations and cultural nuances in Bali’s hospitality sector.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
