Responsibility
- Assist guests with golf cart rentals, club storage, and equipment preparation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all visitors.
- Coordinate with the golf course team to manage tee times, reservations, and guest check-ins.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf facilities, including carts, clubs, and pro shop areas.
- Support the setup and breakdown of golf tournaments and special events.
- Handle cash and digital transactions for golf-related services and merchandise.
- Assist with inventory management, including tracking and restocking golf supplies.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure compliance with resort and golf course policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, customer service, or golf course operations.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Basic knowledge of golf terminology, rules, and equipment (training provided for the right candidate).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with equipment handling.
- Prior experience with POS systems or cash handling is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
