Responsibility
- Process and verify visa applications in accordance with embassy/consulate guidelines and VFS Global standards.
- Manage front-office operations, including applicant reception, document collection, and biometric enrollment.
- Oversee back-office tasks such as data entry, application tracking, and file management using proprietary systems.
- Provide accurate and professional customer service to applicants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with security, confidentiality, and data protection protocols for all applicant information.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and improve service delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa policies, procedures, and requirements for assigned countries.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyzing operational metrics to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative operations, or visa/immigration services.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with CRM or visa processing software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in document handling and data management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, as required by operational needs.
