Responsibility
- Translate written and verbal communications between Mandarin and Indonesian/English with high accuracy.
- Assist in interpreting during meetings, negotiations, and business discussions.
- Review and proofread translated documents to ensure clarity and cultural appropriateness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth communication in international trade operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive business information.
- Provide cultural insights to enhance business relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents in Mandarin.
- Stay updated on industry terminology and linguistic trends to improve translation quality.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) and proficiency in Indonesian/English.
- Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a translator or interpreter, preferably in a business or trade environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with translation tools and software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of international trade practices is an advantage.
