Based in our Bali office, you’ll collaborate with a global team to manage end-to-end travel logistics, from last-minute flight changes to VIP ground transportation. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end corporate travel bookings for VIP clients using GDS platforms (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport).
- Provide 24/7 concierge-level support for last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergency rebookings.
- Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies while optimizing cost efficiency and traveler satisfaction.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and ground transportation to secure premium services and negotiate rates.
- Generate detailed itineraries and travel documents with meticulous attention to accuracy.
- Resolve complex travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays, visa issues) with proactive solutions.
- Maintain real-time communication with clients and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Track travel expenses and provide reporting for budget reconciliation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Travel Specialist or GDS Agent (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport required).
- Proven track record in corporate or VIP travel management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a diplomatic, solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel management software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (including nights/weekends) to support global clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
