Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized, white-glove service from pre-arrival to departure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, corporate partners, and travel industry stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue per guest.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align guest relations efforts with company targets and brand standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Organize and host exclusive events, private tours, and bespoke experiences for VIP clients.
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences, special requests, and historical interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in luxury hospitality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in guest relations, VIP services, or luxury hospitality (hotels, resorts, or high-end tourism).
- Proven track record in client relationship management and achieving sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s luxury market and cultural nuances (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
