Responsibility
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and resolving any issues promptly.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth communication and efficient service flow.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring resolution and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling staff shifts, managing payroll, and conducting performance reviews.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial reporting.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant certification in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous.
