Responsibility

  • VIP Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome and assist high-profile members and guests, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.
  • Personalized Service: Anticipate and fulfill the unique needs of VIP clients, including reservations, special requests, and exclusive event coordination.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with members to foster loyalty and repeat visits.
  • Club Representation: Act as the brand ambassador for Solaire Club, embodying its values of sophistication, discretion, and excellence in all interactions.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address any guest concerns or issues with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and preserving the club’s reputation.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of exclusive member events, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay guest feedback to management to continuously improve service standards.
  • Compliance & Standards: Uphold all club policies, security protocols, and service standards to maintain a safe and premium environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in luxury hospitality, VIP customer service, or high-end club/concierge roles.
  • Exceptional Communication: Fluent in English (additional languages a plus) with outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Natural ability to connect with diverse, high-net-worth individuals with confidence, tact, and professionalism.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
