Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and provide a professional, courteous valet parking service.
- Safely and efficiently park and retrieve guest vehicles, ensuring minimal wait times.
- Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles with confidence and care.
- Maintain a detailed log of all parked vehicles, including make, model, and license plate information.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about the hotel and surrounding areas.
- Ensure the valet area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Monitor and report any vehicle damages or incidents immediately to management.
- Collaborate with the front desk and security teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in valet parking, driving, or customer service roles.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles proficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift luggage or other items as needed.
- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics and safety protocols is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
