Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional front-desk service, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and member accounts with accuracy and efficiency using club management systems.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and recreational teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Handle complaints and feedback with diplomacy, resolving issues promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Assist in planning and executing club events, from corporate gatherings to social functions.
  • Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests for personalized service.
  • Promote club memberships, facilities, and services to prospective and existing members.
  • Uphold high standards of grooming, etiquette, and confidentiality in all guest interactions.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, hospitality, or front-office roles (preferably in a luxury or club setting).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (training provided for club-specific software).
  • Impeccable grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented approach to work.
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
