Responsibility
- Greet and assist guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage court reservations, walk-ins, and membership inquiries using our booking system.
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain facility cleanliness, equipment readiness, and safety standards.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, including processing membership fees, court rentals, and retail sales.
- Assist in organizing tournaments, social events, and private bookings, ensuring all logistics run smoothly.
- Provide information about pickleball/padel rules, facility amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere by engaging with players and fostering a sense of community.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations (sports/leisure industry is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in POS systems, booking software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, to support peak hours.
- Passion for sports, wellness, or customer service with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of pickleball or padel is preferred but not required (training provided).
