Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring all guest needs are met with the highest level of service and professionalism.
- Supervise and train housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services staff to maintain exceptional standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized assistance and resolving any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for villa maintenance, repairs, and supply procurement.
- Monitor inventory levels of amenities, linens, and supplies, and place orders as needed.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy and efficiency to ensure satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on occupancy, revenue, and operational performance to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, or a similar supervisory role in hospitality.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
- Knowledge of Baliās tourism industry and local culture is advantageous.
