Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to ensure seamless and luxurious stays.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of villa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to maintain villa facilities, amenities, and inventory.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with diplomacy and efficiency, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleanliness, safety, and service quality.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to optimize villa profitability and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure compliance with brand standards and guest expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and reservations teams to enhance villa occupancy and guest engagement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in villa, hotel, or luxury hospitality management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and guest-centric approach.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and basic accounting principles.
- Familiarity with Bali’s tourism industry, local culture, and high-end service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
