Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure profitability and sustainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and human resources, to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry certifications.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
