Responsibility
- Oversee daily villa operations, ensuring all guest needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and care.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure they meet luxury standards for cleanliness, comfort, and functionality.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing personalized welcome and farewell experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring complete satisfaction.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any villa-related issues and ensure timely resolutions.
- Monitor inventory of villa amenities and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement service improvements and enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in villa or resort management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Familiarity with Balinese culture and local customs is advantageous.
