As a Villa Strategy & Relationship Manager (French Speaking), you will be the driving force behind maximizing revenue for our premium villa portfolio. Your role involves crafting data-driven strategies, nurturing relationships with villa owners, and ensuring each property reaches its full potential in the competitive Bali market. Fluency in French is a key asset, as you’ll engage with international clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and results.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement revenue-maximizing strategies for luxury villas in Bali, including pricing, promotions, and occupancy optimization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with villa owners, ensuring alignment with Villa Finder’s standards and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that attract high-value guests, including French-speaking markets.
- Monitor villa performance metrics (e.g., occupancy rates, revenue, guest feedback) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with villa owners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Act as a primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism.
- Stay updated on Bali’s tourism industry, including regulatory changes and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or revenue strategy, preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Experience working in Bali or Southeast Asia is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and revenue management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
