As a Villa Reservation Staff, you will play a pivotal role in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and addressing guest requests with the utmost professionalism. This contract position offers a competitive salary range of IDR 3,000,000 – IDR 3,200,000 per month, along with the opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry. Responsibility
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Process and verify guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions, with accuracy.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and diplomatic manner.
- Maintain up-to-date records of guest reservations, preferences, and feedback in the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villas are prepared to the highest standards before guest arrival.
- Provide guests with local recommendations, including dining, transportation, and recreational activities.
- Assist in promoting upselling opportunities for villa amenities, services, and extended stays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
