Responsibility

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Process and verify guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and digital transactions, with accuracy.
  • Handle guest requests, inquiries, and special arrangements promptly and professionally.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a timely and diplomatic manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of guest reservations, preferences, and feedback in the property management system.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure villas are prepared to the highest standards before guest arrival.
  • Provide guests with local recommendations, including dining, transportation, and recreational activities.
  • Assist in promoting upselling opportunities for villa amenities, services, and extended stays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or guest services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using property management systems (PMS) and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
