As a Villa Host, you will be the face of our luxury properties, responsible for ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will act as the primary point of contact for our guests, coordinating services, handling inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of villa presentation. Responsibility

  • Welcome guests upon arrival with a personalized check-in process and villa orientation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is consistently maintained to high standards.
  • Manage villa inventory and ensure essential amenities are fully stocked before guest arrival.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation bookings, and activity planning in the Bingin area.
  • Handle guest check-outs, ensuring a smooth departure and collecting valuable feedback.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take swift action to resolve any issues during the stay.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest stay details and property status reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality, villa management, or luxury customer service roles.
  • Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible working hours, including availability on weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
  • Deep familiarity with the Bingin/Uluwatu area and local tourism services.
  • Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
