You will act as the primary point of contact for our guests, coordinating services, handling inquiries, and maintaining the highest standards of villa presentation. Responsibility
- Welcome guests upon arrival with a personalized check-in process and villa orientation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns throughout their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is consistently maintained to high standards.
- Manage villa inventory and ensure essential amenities are fully stocked before guest arrival.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, transportation bookings, and activity planning in the Bingin area.
- Handle guest check-outs, ensuring a smooth departure and collecting valuable feedback.
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and take swift action to resolve any issues during the stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stay details and property status reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, villa management, or luxury customer service roles.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexible working hours, including availability on weekends and public holidays as required by business needs.
- Deep familiarity with the Bingin/Uluwatu area and local tourism services.
- Professional appearance and a proactive, positive attitude.
