Responsibility
- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the villa to ensure it meets luxury standards.
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Provide exceptional guest services, including welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their comfort.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure timely restocking.
- Coordinate with maintenance and other service providers to address any issues promptly.
- Ensure the villa is always prepared for guest arrivals, including setting up rooms and common areas.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in organizing events and special occasions hosted at the villa.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Butler or Senior Housekeeper in a luxury villa or high-end hotel.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and cleaning techniques.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
