Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all linens, towels, and amenities are replenished and arranged according to resort guidelines.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or malfunctions promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to meet health and safety regulations.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and maintain efficient workflow during peak occupancy periods.
- Follow sustainable practices, such as proper waste disposal and energy conservation, in alignment with the resort’s eco-friendly initiatives.
- Assist in deep cleaning projects and special preparations for VIP guests or events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
