Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage European tour packages, ensuring all travel arrangements, accommodations, and activities are seamlessly executed.
- Liaise with international partners, including hotels, transport providers, and local guides, to maintain high service standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering personalized travel recommendations.
- Monitor and update tour itineraries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel regulations and client preferences.
- Handle logistics for group and individual travel, including flight bookings, visa assistance, and travel insurance coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and enhance service quality.
- Prepare and present detailed travel documentation, including itineraries, vouchers, and travel guides for clients.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination insights, and industry best practices to continuously improve tour offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tour operations, travel coordination, or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of European travel destinations, including cultural, historical, and logistical aspects.
