Responsibility
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive ticket sales, memberships, and event bookings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging promotional campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and B2B collaborations.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and hospitality partners to boost visitor numbers.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and multimedia content.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Represent Gardens by the Bay at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or attractions.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, campaign management, and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, SEM, CRM, social media platforms).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform decisions.
- Passion for sustainability, nature, or horticulture is highly desirable.
