Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
- Take and relay accurate food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
- Process payments, operate POS systems, and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
