Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of the Group's Digital Transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) to drive successful delivery of digital initiatives, including budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the performance and impact of digital transformation projects across departments
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process optimization and digital innovation in banking operations
- Manage financial aspects of transformation projects, including ROI analysis, cost-benefit assessments, and budget forecasting
- Develop and implement governance frameworks for digital projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting agile methodologies and digital literacy across the organization
- Present regular progress reports to the Board and executive committee on transformation initiatives and business performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in digital transformation, PMO, or business performance management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale digital transformation projects in the financial services or banking sector
- Strong background in project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe) with relevant certifications
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, ROI analysis, and performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
- Experience with digital banking technologies, fintech innovations, and emerging trends in financial services
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
