Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the companyâs IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies and systems.
- Ensure data security and compliance by implementing best practices for cybersecurity and backup procedures.
- Oversee software and hardware procurement, installation, and configuration.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking, server administration, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server environments and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity measures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
