Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction across all properties.
- Property Oversight: Ensure consistent brand standards, service quality, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control measures to maximize revenue and operational margins.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and expand high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Guest Experience: Implement initiatives to elevate guest satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business through personalized service and cutting-edge amenities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with owners, investors, and corporate teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices in hospitality operations, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.

Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 10 years in hotel operations management, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level role within luxury hospitality.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel P&L management, revenue strategies, and brand positioning in high-end markets.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams, inspire staff, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Financial Acumen: Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multi-property portfolios.
- Guest-Centric Mindset: A passion for delivering world-class guest experiences and building long-term relationships.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement long-term operational plans that align with business growth objectives.
- Communication: Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent is advantageous.
