Responsibility
- Lead and manage all aspects of the restaurantâs daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and food quality.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver consistent performance and uphold Monster Curryâs brand values.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to optimize revenue.
- Oversee compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local and company standards.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase foot traffic.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to align outlet operations with company goals and promotions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a high-volume or international F&B environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of P&L management, cost control, and budgeting in a restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
