Responsibility
- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression of DRIM Korean Steakhouse.
- Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently using POS systems and manual tracking.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely table turnover and smooth guest flow.
- Provide personalized recommendations on menu items, promotions, and dining experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, including host stands and waiting zones.
- Assist with event setup for private dining or large groups when required.
- Uphold brand standards for appearance, grooming, and service etiquette.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-of-house role (host/hostess, receptionist, or similar) in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; knowledge of Korean or Indonesian is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle high-volume periods.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., OpenTable, SevenRooms) is advantageous.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional grooming and presentation aligned with fine-dining standards.
