Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and creativity.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Curate and maintain an inviting ambiance that reflects the unique character of the venue and resonates with both local and international guests.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to ensure the highest quality ingredients and services.
- Implement innovative marketing and promotional strategies to attract guests and enhance the venue’s reputation.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring a consistently exceptional experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, local culinary scenes, and emerging hospitality technologies to keep the venue competitive.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant or venue management, preferably in a luxury or boutique hospitality setting.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering outstanding guest satisfaction.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, inventory management, and service standards.
- Familiarity with local regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements in Indonesia.
- Passion for sustainability and community engagement, aligning with Kimpton’s values.
