Responsibility

  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and team management under senior chefs

  • Support special events and high-volume service periods
  • Learn financial management of kitchen operations

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or culinary operations
  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Willingness to relocate to Bali (work permit assistance provided)
