Responsibility

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transport to their rooms or designated areas.
  • Escort guests to their accommodations, highlighting hotel amenities and providing relevant information.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, including transportation, dining recommendations, or special arrangements.
  • Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including luggage storage and bell carts.
  • Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or luxury service providers).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong physical stamina to lift and transport luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
  • Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, adhering to hotel standards.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
