Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional, friendly first impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transport to their rooms or designated areas.
- Escort guests to their accommodations, highlighting hotel amenities and providing relevant information.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, including transportation, dining recommendations, or special arrangements.
- Coordinate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area, including luggage storage and bell carts.
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out processes as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotels, resorts, or luxury service providers).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong physical stamina to lift and transport luggage (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Impeccable grooming and a professional appearance, adhering to hotel standards.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and services to assist guests effectively.
