Responsibility

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to support organizational goals and enhance employee engagement.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, to attract and retain top talent in the hospitality industry.
  • Coordinate and deliver training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills, performance, and career growth opportunities.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, to maintain a harmonious and productive workplace.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations to mitigate risks and promote a fair and ethical work environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance through regular appraisals, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs, forecast workforce requirements, and develop succession plans.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, HR best practices, and industry standards.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a high degree of professionalism and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
