Responsibility
- Clean and sanitize all spa areas, including treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected according to company standards.
- Restock supplies such as towels, robes, and amenities to ensure they are readily available for clients.
- Assist in the maintenance of spa facilities, including floors, windows, and furniture, to uphold a pristine appearance.
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to prevent the spread of germs and ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the management team for prompt resolution.
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to cleanliness and hygiene.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a spa or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
