Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff across multiple locations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.
- Organize and lead store visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to refine training materials and methodologies based on audit findings.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, audits, and performance metrics.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of audit processes and quality assurance in a service-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Bali to conduct store visits and audits.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
