Responsibility
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and beverage programs.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, beverage trends, and bar operations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Relevant certification in hospitality or beverage management is a plus.
