Responsibility
- Prepare and cook high-quality Western cuisine dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu development, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen operations.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and team collaboration.
- Manage inventory, control food costs, and minimize waste through proper portioning and storage.
- Monitor kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or supply needs to management.
- Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special dietary requests with creativity and precision.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in Western cuisine (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of Western cooking techniques, ingredients, and plating styles.
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
