Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant branches, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth, cost control, and profitability across assigned locations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, and take corrective actions to meet or exceed targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure operational excellence.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess service quality, food standards, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing and corporate teams to execute promotions, loyalty programs, and brand initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staffing, and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with POS systems, restaurant management software, and data analytics tools.
- Flexibility to travel frequently across assigned locations in Bali.
