Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable experience from start to finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies, including liquor, garnishes, and glassware.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours.
- Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system accurately.
- Upsell premium beverages and promote specials to enhance revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, and beer, with the ability to create unique drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is advantageous.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items (e.g., kegs, cases of liquor).
