Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and introduce creative cocktail menus, incorporating local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock orders, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate POS systems efficiently.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
- Upsell premium beverages and promote special offers to enhance revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar, restaurant, or hotel (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
- Familiarity with POS systems and bar management software.
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is advantageous.
