Responsibility
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences in adventure attractions.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance visitor engagement, satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, facilities, and attractions to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote attractions and drive foot traffic through creative campaigns.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to maximize profitability.
- Train and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in attractions, hospitality, or tourism management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing teams, operations, and guest experiences in high-volume environments.
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols, risk management, and regulatory compliance for adventure attractions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for adventure, customer service, and creating memorable experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
