Responsibility
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive café experience.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, including food, beverages, and special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including dining areas, counters, and service stations.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and serve beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following café standards.
- Assist in restocking supplies, including utensils, napkins, and condiments, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a café environment is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating POS systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Team player with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
