Responsibility
- Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants to deliver exceptional, personalized travel experiences for high-end clients.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of bespoke travel itineraries, ensuring flawless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with local vendors, hotels, and service providers to secure exclusive arrangements and competitive rates.
- Conduct regular quality checks on travel packages to ensure they meet the highest standards of luxury and personalization.
- Manage client relationships, including handling special requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking to post-trip follow-up.
- Stay updated on luxury travel trends, destination insights, and industry best practices to enhance service offerings.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement training programs to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that highlight our bespoke travel services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury travel, hospitality, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and managing bespoke travel itineraries for high-net-worth clients.
- Strong knowledge of Baliās luxury travel market, including top hotels, resorts, and local experiences in Ubud, Canggu, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Kuta, and Denpasar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering personalized, high-touch service.
- Proficiency in travel management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
