Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of corporate financing strategies to expand the bank’s asset portfolio and revenue streams.
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth corporate clients, ensuring alignment with Shariah-compliant financial principles.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate financing, including syndicated loans, project financing, and structured solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Legal, Compliance) to ensure all financing solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, proposals, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive the achievement of annual KPIs related to portfolio growth, revenue generation, and client retention.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate banking, financing, or investment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing corporate client portfolios and generating revenue through financing solutions.
- Deep understanding of Islamic banking principles, Shariah-compliant financial products, and regulatory frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in financial modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management tools.
