Responsibility
- Conduct field visits to clients’ locations to assess financial situations and negotiate repayment plans.
- Develop and implement effective debt recovery strategies to minimize losses and improve collection rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, including client interactions and payment agreements.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, challenges, and resolutions to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal and customer service, to resolve complex cases and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving disputes, and offering flexible solutions where applicable.
- Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, ensuring timely actions to prevent further delinquency.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, best practices, and company procedures related to debt collection and financial services.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in debt collection, field operations, or customer service within the financial services sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive client interactions professionally.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and debt collection practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet performance targets in a contract-based role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry/management tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions (own transportation is advantageous).
